About

Quiet Mind Yoga is a mobile studio owned and operated by Matthew Morales.  He offers a variety of options to dive into your yoga practice, ranging from group classes at a studio or business, workshops,  as well as private lessons.

Matthew's intention with QMY is to be of service to others in growing the depth of themselves while quieting the mind.  We do this by focusing on more than just the physical (asana) aspect of yoga.  Matthew loves to incorporate breath work (pranayama) and dhyana (meditation) into his practice to help you to connect you with your body. While yoga is quite beneficial for the physical body it can also assist in becoming more attuned with the mental and emotional body. By developing  awareness to the different bodies it allows one to begin connecting to their heart.  Below you can check out some photos of two of Matthew's passions, yoga and traveling!
