Class Description.

We have added descriptions of each of our classes so you can see which ones work best for you and your needs!


All-Levels Yoga Flow

The name says it all! This class is for All-Levels!  We will move through a variety of poses with modifications through the whole practice.  So you get to take the poses as far as you would like.  Beginners to Advanced practitioners are welcome!

Ashtanga Inspired Flow

Join us for this Ashtanga based flow. Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace. This is the perfect class for anyone who enjoys routine with a little variation.  Inversions are explored during this class!  While this is a more dynamic flow, all levels are welcome to join and modify as needed.

Buti yoga

Buti Yoga is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, intensive cardio dance bursts & deep core conditioning. This class is dynamic and uplifting.  It cleanses your energetic body while promoting self-love.  You do not want to miss this! 

Mellow Flow

Come and unwind with a Mellow Flow class.  This class is geared to build a little bit of heat while you move your body at a slower pace allowing you to focus on the breath and go deeper into relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant people's bodies.  Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.

Restorative Yoga + Oils

Mmmmm essential oils! In this restorative yoga class you will move the body in a gentle way while enjoying the benefits of essential oils. Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you.  By doing this we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This is the perfect way to unwind from whatever is going on in your life!

Rise and Shine Yoga

Start off your day with this awakening yoga flow.  In this class we start off slowly to get centered for the day followed by building heat, opening the body and focusing on your breath.  This is the perfect way to wake up and get your day started! This class is one of our "middle of the road" options with some inversions included.

Rocket Yoga

Get ready to move with this dynamic and fun practice! Its structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Yoga, consisting of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends. In Rocket Yoga, students can modify and make their interpretation of the traditional asana. If they get stuck with a pose, they can either skip it or find easier ways to practice it instead of rigidly sticking to the pattern.  This class will include inversions.

Slow Flow

This class is meant to move at a slower pace while holding poses for a good amount of time.  This is more of a true Hatha yoga class which typically involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques that are practiced at a slower pace.  This is great for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. This is our class for anyone that likes to move through various yoga poses and build heat in the body.  In this class you will continuously move while focusing on the breath and allowing the mind to relax as you focus on the body.  Inversions are explored in this class as well.

Yin/Yang Flow

Our Yin/Yang Flow is the perfect blend of a vinyasa style class paired with a deep intentional stretching of the body.  In this class you can expect to flow through various poses to warm up and move energy followed by slowing down, holding poses for 3-5 minutes and diving deeper into a full body stretch and the breath.  This is a must try!

Yoga + Meditation

Looking for the best way to unwind from the work week? Well you've come to the right place!  In this class we will move through a 40 minute Mellow Flow followed by a 20 minute Yoga Nidra to go deep into relaxation. You don't want to miss this!
